Belgium

Located right in the heart of Western Europe, Belgium is a country bursting with charming old towns with perfectly-preserved medieval streets. Having been the location of some of Europe’s most important events, the Belgium countryside has many stories to tell including when Napoleon met his match at the battle of Waterloo and being the frontline during both the First and Second World Wars. And then of course, there are the waffles.

GEOGRAPHY & SCIENCE

Take the study of science to a whole new level with a visit to the European Organization for Nuclear Research CERN, where students can take part in a hands-on experiment in particle physics. The History of Science Museum is another highlight for science groups.
